How do I pay for a booking?+
You need to pay a 50% deposit to confirm the reservation (or you may pay the full amount outright).
When is the booking considered complete?+
Your payment is only considered complete when you receive a receipt or a valid cash bill from Lux Van Service.
How do I make a booking (place an order)?+
You can start by filling out the booking form on their website (via “Book Now” or the main page). After submitting, they will contact you (via email or other means) to confirm details.
How do I make a booking (place an order)?+
According to the terms, reservations cannot be cancelled outright. However, changing the travel date is allowed.
What happens if I cancel?+
If you cancel (despite the “no cancellation” clause), you will be charged 10% of the total price — unless there is a “reasonable cause.

Accepted payment methods include bank transfer (e.g. via WISE), QR-code bank transfer, cash, or PayPal.
